["o\tProvide direct personnel management of professional staff of academic advisors, student assistant staff, and act as a primary contact for Graduate Programs office manager. Execute a management cadence covering financial, operational, curricular, and personnel tasks, responsibilities and aspects of student service team; meet weekly with individuals and as a larger team; report performance and goal results back to the Assistant Dean on a weekly basis\r\no\tHold primary financial management and responsibility for the Student Services team, including budget and expense accountability for all Student Services operational accounts and expenses across State, Foundation, Research and Fee funds.\r\no\tParticipate in and support student events, including but not limited to specific degree program events, student community events and commencement.\r\no\tOversee and hold accountability for execution of all Advantage activities, as executed by individual advisors/degree programs.\r\no\tAct as Primary Point of Contact for student emergencies and students of concern", "o\tPossess comprehensive, functional expertise and knowledge of UB’s Student Services and Financial Systems - HUB, InfoSource, and SIRI, with the capability to work within all systems as an expert user\r\no\tBe a super-user of HUB for purposes including but not limited to Leaves of Absence, credit overrides, fee corrections, etc. \r\no\tProvide all required data for student services support and reporting (probation, grades, enrollments, rankings and reputation surveys, etc.)", "o\tWork within the University CMS to maintain website for all curricular, handbook and policy items for the full-time MBA, MS and PhD programs and associated programming.\r\no\tAnnually archive previous year and update current year Handbooks for MBA, MS and PhD programs, coordinating all updates with constituents, including but not limited to School of Management or University faculty, Student Services teams, Assistant Dean and Associate Dean.", "o\tUnder guidance of the Assistant Dean and the School of Management Faculty, map out collaborative curricular pathways with strategic university academic partners, for continuous program development \r\no\tWork with Assistant Dean and Associate Dean within School of Management, and UB, SUNY and/or New York State approval pipelines, to bring collaborative programs to full approval and implementation", "o\tWork with Associate Dean and team to review semester schedule for conflicts, necessary courses and capacity needs.\r\no\tReview semester exam schedule.\r\no\tCommunicate with other university departments to fill open seats, provide cross-listed courses.\r\no\tCoordinate waitlists for faculty and SOM departments\r\n\r\n"]
